About me

Who is Jonathan?

Hello, I’m Jonathan Ciriaco — a certified mediator, conflict resolution professional, and community-centered leader. I help individuals, families, and organizations move through conflict with clarity, empathy, and results-driven solutions.

My background bridges multiple worlds. I’m certified in life and career coaching, offering a grounded yet forward-thinking approach to personal and professional development. But my primary focus is in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) — where I’ve received legal mediation training through the IMCR Dispute Resolution Center in New York, and Phoenix Dispute Solutions, an IMI-qualified institution specializing in international and cross-border mediation.

This blend of domestic and global conflict resolution training allows me to approach disputes with a broader lens — rooted in proven mediation frameworks, informed by diverse cultural contexts, and aligned with the principles of professional impartiality.

In addition to private mediation, I serve as the President and Co-Founder of Envoy Culture, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit working across New York City to empower underserved communities. From launching college scholarships to running youth leadership initiatives, I’ve led programs that combine education, civic engagement, and faith-based values to create lasting impact.

My work in churches, schools, and nonprofits gives me a unique understanding of human dynamics — especially in environments where relationships, values, and organizational structures intersect. I’ve facilitated youth development groups, led workshops, and mediated disputes in spaces where trust and transformation go hand-in-hand.

Whether you’re an attorney, an executive, a ministry leader, or someone navigating a personal dispute — I bring both professional discretion and human-centered guidance to every conversation.

If you’re looking for an experienced, culturally responsive mediator who values resolution over escalation, I’d be honored to work with you.

What is 3G FORUM GROUP?

3G Forum Group is a professional conflict resolution practice offering mediation, conflict coaching, and facilitated dialogue as effective alternatives to litigation. We serve individuals, families, faith-based organizations, nonprofits, and businesses seeking structured, legally sound solutions without the cost and strain of courtroom proceedings.

Rooted in the principles of Gather. Guide. Grow., our approach empowers clients to:

  • Gather all relevant parties into a neutral, confidential space

  • Guide the conversation toward clarity, mutual understanding, and de-escalation

  • Grow through collaborative, forward-thinking resolutions

In today’s legal environment, court cases can be expensive, time-consuming, and emotionally draining. Mediation provides a legally recognized, cost-effective alternative that promotes cooperation over confrontation — often preserving relationships and delivering more satisfactory outcomes.

At 3G Forum Group, we blend professional dispute resolution standards with a community-centered mindset. Whether you’re facing a contractual disagreement, internal team conflict, or a sensitive interpersonal dispute, we offer structured, impartial support designed to help you reach resolution — without litigation becoming the first resort.

To the left are testimonials from individuals who have benefited from my coaching. Their words reflect the transformative impact and positive outcomes of our sessions together."

Our Mediation Process

What Mediation Is:

What Mediation Is Not:

What Mediation Is Not:

  • A voluntary, neutral, and confidential process

  • Facilitated by a trained, impartial mediator

  • Focused on helping both parties reach a mutually agreeable solution

  • Legally binding only if the parties choose to enter into a written agreement

  • An empowering tool that preserves relationships and avoids escalation

What Mediation Is Not:

What Mediation Is Not:

What Mediation Is Not:

  • Not therapy or counseling

  • Not about assigning blame or deciding who’s right

  • Not a court ruling or legal judgment

  • Not forced — both parties must agree to participate

  • Not one-sided — both perspectives are heard equally

Why Mediation?

What Mediation Is Not:

The 3G Mediation Framework:

  • Cost-Effective: A fraction of the price of court litigation

  • Time-Saving: Resolved in days or weeks — not months or years

  • Private: Keeps sensitive issues out of public record

  • Empowering: Gives you control over the outcome, not a judge

  • Preserving: Helps maintain business, family, or community relationships

The 3G Mediation Framework:

What to Expect in a Mediation Session

The 3G Mediation Framework:

 Gather. Guide. Grow.

  • Gather – We bring all parties together in a structured and private space, ensuring every voice is acknowledged and respected.

  • Guide – We lead the dialogue through proven conflict resolution techniques, ensuring clarity, fairness, and productive communication.

  • Grow – We help parties move forward with actionable next steps, improved understanding, and — when possible — a written agreement.

What to Expect in a Mediation Session

What to Expect in a Mediation Session

What to Expect in a Mediation Session

  • Every session begins with introductions, ground rules, and a clear explanation of the mediator’s role as a neutral third party. Each participant is given a respectful space to share their perspective without interruption, ensuring a safe and balanced start to the process.

  • We move into a guided conversation where we clarify key issues, ask important questions, and uncover the underlying interests on both sides. This phase is about building understanding, lowering tension, and finding common ground — not assigning blame.

  • Once both parties feel heard and a path forward emerges, we work toward agreement. Solutions may be documented in a non-binding summary or, if appropriate, a formal written agreement. Even when full resolution isn’t reached, participants often leave with more clarity and reduced conflict.
